Audio Hosted Here |-  This is a page i am working on hosting almost all the Sleeping Prophet tracks here on this site. Currently the easiest and best way to get the majority of my stuff

Soundclick.com |-  it seems like everyone and their brother has a soundclick account, so what kind of indie artist would i be without one? this site currently has all 39 tracks hosted for streaming and download, but requires you to register and login for some features (it's free, just kindof annoying).

Download.com |-  a great service being run by same people who run cnet.com, i've got 6 tracks hosted over here.

MySpace.com |-  it started as a personal networking web thingy and has exploded into an online phenomenon. there are now over 30 million people with MySpace accounts, so I thought "Why not me?" This site has 4 TSP tracks, plus my blog. Add me to your Friend List!

Sonicgarden.com |-  currently hosting all 39 tracks, this site seems a bit buggy. as a Firefox user, i have never been able to get this site working, which may be because i refuse to install Windows Media Player. Who knows?

Mp3.com.au |-  The biggest indie host in Australia, anyone's allowed to host music on here. i've got six tracks here, so my friends down under can get a taste of TSP...

IUMA.com |- a less well known hosting site for musicians, i haven't updated this site in ages. however, i include it here for the sake of completeness' sake.

GarageBand.com |- the review-driven indie site, i've got 5 tracks hosted here. Check out their new Podcast feature :)

CinciMusic.com |- a Cincinnati local music index thing. this is my page there...

GodsOfMusic.com |- site of nothing but music reviews, check out what they said about TSP...

Torpid Spiral |- you know those silly "Haunted Scary Sound Effects" cassettes you used to get for Halloween? this project is kinda like those only with way better production values...

The Breathing Lemons |- this is a very silly project. most of my friends make music, and once while we were hanging out we decided to start making goofy music. it lead to the inception of the Breathing Lemons. this is quite silly stuff. my friend Mark from Defense Mechanism is one of the founding members.

Android Z |- Android Z is my semi-serious take on music like White Zombie, Static X, Ministry, Lords of Acid, and especially the dead punk band Carnivore. it's very high energy stuff, but i'll warn you now that unlike TSP, Android Z is full of profanity and will probably offend people. Check out the reviews on garageband.com, where people totally miss the point. :)

the Sleeping Prophet is an unsigned project with a promotional and distribution budget of effectively $0. i've been putting the stuff i make online pretty much since i started in the summer of '99. my webspace is both free and donated, and pretty much all my "music money" (and it ain't much) goes into equipment. even with such a crappy state of affairs, my music has been able to find an audience, and basically promote itself via the WWW. before mp3.com went under, i had racked up 14,000 "plays" (which according to them is unique streaming listens and downloads), and had a few tracks break into the top 10 on the Industrial Electronic chart. i've been using Ampcast.com for my main music host for roughly 3 years now, which has resulted in a total of 12,174 page hits, 21,612 audio streams, and 20,477 audio downloads as of November 15, 2005. remember, this is my level of traffic without any proper advertising whatsoever. the only published review i've had so far is my one GodsOfMusic.com review, which hardly counts. If you happen to be reading this and think "gee, that seems like a good way to help someone out and make some money," go ahead and contact me. :)
